You know....the ONE thing I do NOT like about COD 4!!!

the fact that you cannot edit your kits IN GAME.....I HATE that...

e.g. I may be feeling the .50 cal for sniping but then I want to switch to something else and I can't!

Or I am using the m14 with the silencer but I decide I want to use the red dot...

it drives me crazy!!!

You can have five variations to choose from. If nothing else I suppose it keeps the pace in a MP game. I mean, if you set up 5 variants then you should have enough to keep you happy.

I have several things that I don't like about the game; thus, I haven't bought it yet: no co-op, short single player game, and I already have pletty of FPS that offer great multiplayer.

I get frustrated sometimes when I want to change up a kit in a game, but then again, I should probably put more thought into making each kit beforehand....I usually only use two of the five, and I can never decide what to put on the other three

my problem is I have five kits.....for each type of weapon, Sub Machine gun, Assault Rifle, Light Machine Gun, Shotgun and Sniper

so I'm using my P90 in my sub MG and I realize that I can move around the current team fairly easy as they do not have snipers presently....so I want to use my silencer

As for the poster who said its more realistic....I understand where your coming from...but how realistic is having 5 different kits that you can swap through in your mission really? lol

Dude i like said...use the Overkill perk, it lets you carry two main weapon meaning you can carry P40 and M16 instead of a side arm.

The one thing I didn't like was having to kill dogs.RHCP87

yes I know...but then it takes up the second perk level which I always use for stopping power to counterbalance juggernauts

Don't buy it. It's overrated. Get Bad Company.

There just arent enough custom slots. I use a different weapon on almost every map depending on if theyre smaller, larger, open, close quarters, etc.. I have a different weapon with different perks and a different set-up, (red dot, silencer, acog, etc.), for each game mode i play. Add in all the different maps and i just dont have enough custom slots for them all. I use a different set-up on the same map depending on if im playing Hardcore or not. I must have 20 different set-ups. And i hate having to delete a custom set-up and make a new one every time i want to play Hardcore. Or Free for all. Or Search and Destroy. There just isnt enough custom slots.
