Definately the AK-47. I didn't use it at all on my first playthrough to level 55 and then went back to level 1 and decided to try it out and was like OMG what have i been missing! :shock: (P90 is good as well)
Silenced P90 with Double Tap, 249 Saw with Red Dot Sight and Stopping Power, or M16 with Acog Scope and either Double Tap or Stopping Power (both are really nice)... just depends on which level i'm playing/ which weapon I'm doing well with.
The M16 is okay, but once you learn how to use other weapons, you quickly see that it isn't as great as everyone thinks it is. The only way people are going to dominate you with it is if you let them catch you off guard at a long distance. When it comes to mid-short range, I dominate people using M16s with my P90. Even at longer ranges, I can still contend with the 249 SAW.

P90 with Red dot sight works like magic!!!!!!!!!!!!! Put that in with Stopping power and deep impact, then you're unstoppable!!!martialbullet
give it a shot with a silencer and double tap... the iron sights on it are pretty accurate and the gun is pretty stable even under the influence of double tap. it'll show a slight decrease in range, but it hasn't hurt my performance as far as i can tell.
