For those who don't know, turning this skull on will place extra quotes in the game that you would not normally hear. I've only come across a few and I was curious if anyone else heard any thing funny. Well, my favorite one so far is this:

i dunno if it was the IWHBYD skull (how do you tell) but it was funny. goes something like this, i forgot the name though.
