Brutal Legend, Lost Odyssey, and Tales of Vesperia are my top three favorite Xbox 360 games.

Oblivion, Forza series, Gears 2....for now

Bioshock still number 1.

right now. from what i have played 1943 is by far my favorite

Tales of Vesperia is simply the best.

Its either Gears Of War 1 or Bioshock, both games set the bar for their genres on the 360 when they came out.

Mass Effect, Crackdown and Dead Space.

I'd have to say BioShock is still my favorite game that I've played on 360. Can't wait for BioShock 2.

Bioshock was great, mass effect as well, gears of war 1 and 2 and i really loved Prince of Persia

I love love love Borderlands but I might have to go Fallout 3 or Mass Effect.

Probably Prototype. It's one of the few games I feel truly compelled to get all of the achievements for.
