last night i was thinking about an awesome game possibility, i wont type it all out coz it was way too complex but it was a massive, online, first person, open world, zombie, RPG which was ultimately about surviving and co op. you start off with a character you create and their background. the background determines your skills. E.g military, engineer, doctor, or whatever. which would mean you are good at some stuff but cant do others. e.g the engineer, he/she can fix anything you come across but they cant make medicine and they suck at finding food and firing weapons except the pistol which all characters start off with. and so on. this means that finding other player survivors is the key because the more players in your party the more fun you can have depending on what background they chose. the world would also be full of AI survivors which would be anywhere around the world, for example. you run into a dude whos living in a gun shop, he wants some food but he darent leave the shop. you can either bring him some food, let him in your party or just kill him an steal his guns. think mine craft/ fallout 3/ the walking dead

as you can tell i was very bored last night. and i know its more of a PC game but its still an idea. so yeah i wnana hear your weird and wonderful game ideas or you can just add to mine.

Sounds fun, although I am just a little sick of zombies. I would like to see an intense single-player game based on the reimagined version of Battlestar Galactica, maybe as one of the nameless pilots. That, or a western mmo would be cool.

i know zombis are a little over used but i suppose i only feel that way because of the way theyre implemented into games and by that i mean always as a gimmick or a mini game type thing. it was only an idea that came about by siting around doing nothing :L my friends also think a halo battlefront would be cool, id honestly just prefer a new star wars battlefront. my ideas generally consist of things hat arent really possible with the hardware available. id love it if the next assassins creed was set in england in like the 1800s or AD43 during the roman invasion. but again im just talking crap

They are kinda developing a game sort of along those lines, It's a Zombie MMO that is based on around survival in terms of everyday things. Not and FPS but It's a start, Undead Labs is the developer by the way.

I like where your going with that, lets start a game company, lol. I would definitely be interested in a game like that, although I would also argue zombies in games (even though I'm Resident Evil's biggest fan) are becoming a bit over used now a days to see them implemented into a game with a different twist like that would be cool.

...Are you one of my friends in disguise taking my idea? Because I definitelysaid this same thing (give or take) around a month before the zombie DLC came out for Read Dead Redemption. I think if anyone would do a good Zombie sandbox, it would be R*.
