Same here, no idea whats going on with it.
Other impossible achievements - some missions on Lego Star Wars Original trilogy - without dying once in the ship missions
well rainbow six vegas acheivment freedom shall prevail beat it on realistic. I did it but the stupid ass game never gave me the acheivment. that really grinds my gears!

I tried that, I must have played 200 games, or thats what it feels like, but the cod one I couldn't get past the part where I had to save the girl from the helicopter.

The gta and rainbow six ones i got easily, just lucky on the rainbow six one, but the gta is so easy,
grab a rocketlauncher go to the old hospital on Colony Island where the missions to get the drugs back is. There is a parking lot right before the old hospital that spawns more than ten cars eveytime just line up the cars, shoot like 3 or 4 times and bam achievement unlocked. Becareful cause cops like to spawn there to making stealing and lining up all ten cars a pain.
gta4 is the first game that im trying to get all the achievements for and i believe i can because of my keen love of gta games i know i can do it. some achievements i read and seem really hard (mostly the multiplayer achievements) but all of a sudden i see i got them and im slowly getting all of them it doesnt seem to be that hard especially the single players ones but they just take time.
60-minute Defender on GRAW 2. I've tried this numerous times with no success. It isn't that hard with a lot of people, but playing with a lot of random people who like to do their own thing doesn't bode well for this one.
Mad hatter in alien hominid hd, theres a glitch that makes it humanly impossible to get. As for ones that are actually possible to get, 7 day survivior in dead rising. I don't plan on spending 14 hours straight playing 360 surviving off full throttle and hot pockets... :(
Liberty City Minute on GTAIV. Requires you to beat the story in 30 hours or less. For a game that has a lot of diversions and other things to do that require lots of time and sinking into, this is just cruel.
Seriously for Gears of War. I've had the game since launch but I stopped playing for about 6 months. I've calculated that I need 40 kills a day until Gears 2 comes out in order to get 10,000. But that's no guarantee that the achievement will unlock.

just go to the car place in alderney and park all the cars as close to eachother as you can get them and keep a good distance and throw a couple of grenades thats how i got it as for the impossible achievemeant i would have to mile high club,through the fire and flames on expert,and king of qubed i cant beat the high score

Yes missed it by 1 1/2 hours, shouldnt have screwed around with trying to get other achievements.

I've got that achievement. It wasn't that hard. COD2 was a lot harder on it's hardest setting.
My vote goes to "Get 5 ranked match wins in a row" in PES2008. I know it's not impossible but I just can't seem to get it. I've got 4 in a row a few times but something happens on that fifth game. Nothing goes right and I lose. It's really pissing me off actually.

What car place, since I couldve sworn I had done enough to get that achievement. I used the rocket launcher though, and shot more than one rocket...

Yup, thats the acheivment I will never be getting either. Getting that many kills on ranked matches for me.....not so good.
Robotron 2084 wave 100 - I don't own that game but played it plenty in the arcade and expecting people to get to wave 100 is nuts
Ikaruga beating the game without a continue - not impossible but there aren't more than a few people out there who will be able to do it, same with getting an A grade on stage 4
I don't know much about GRAW but any game that wants you to be #1 in the world is crazy
For all those stuck on CoD4 veteran and Mile High Club, don't give up and eventually you'll get it. I'm awful at that game and if I can do it, you can do it -- just refuse to quit, devise a strategy for each hard part and work at it until you win
