As you may know, GH will be releasing Guitar Hero: Aerosmith on 13th June 2008. But they will be bringing out two games with the band on the game. Van Halen and Metallica will both be bands for the GH franchise. They are both expected to be out late 2008 or Q1 2009. But this must put too much on them, with Guitar Hero IV expected out for the end of the year, what do you think of it?

Are they putting too much on theirselves?

Do you think GH: Van Halen and GH: Metallica won't sell well?

Well it's your opinion

If Activision was smart they would just take all the songs from GH:Aerosmith and Metallica and make them DLC.

No! I'm effin losing my love for Guitar Hero. They are startring to panic and making twenty games in a half a year. They need to take more time to just make one good game every 1 1/2 - 2 years. Why would I want to spend $100 on the game and over $50 on DLC every six months? It's retarded. And for the songs, I don't wanna play the same crap over and over. Just make it Guitar Hero 4, Guitar Hero 5.... so on, so on. I want a playlist, not an artist. (Metallica, Aerosmith)

God just because Rock Band beat it out this time, they want to make fifty more games than Harmonix, and they are actually not one-upping Harmonix, they are just digging themselves a deeeeeeep, deeeeeeep hole. They are going to go out of business when these games come out, because I believe that most people are going to buy the first one to come out of the 35,000 there is.... then they will not want to, or either not have the money for the next. Screw Activision. I loved Guitar Hero, I was a little "iffy" on Aerosmith, but then they announce Metallica, Van Halen, a game that looks exactly like rock band (Guitar Hero 4)... What the hell is next? Guitar Hero Madden? Where they featue songs from past madden games? Jesus.

With each release, the franchise is becoming more and more mainstream.
