Your "best game ever"

What do you think is the best game ever? Mine, personnaly is RDR.

I don't know if I can name one. It's a toss up between Baldur's Gate 2, Tales of Vesperia, and Ocarina of Time for me.

Best game on the 360, I'm assuming?

I've been addicted to Halo 3 multiplayer for a year now. For story and gameplay though, it's a toss-up between AC2 and GTAIV.

I dont think I can choose one.

besides RDR id have to say Ace Combat: the unsung war, the story was gripping, the voice acting was amazing and the graphics and gameplay were top-notch

On the 360 my favourite game is ME2 and ME1, followed by the orange box. Overall for this generation so far, It would be a tie between ME2 and SMG2. For best game of all time, it would be a between Ocarina Of Time or Majora's Mask.

Mine is Persona 3 with Mass Effect 2 at a VERY close second. I would say Persona 4, but I haven't beat it yet so I cant count it, but so far its been amazing.

With the insane amount of re-playability that the title offers, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is mine.

These are the ones that come to mind and off the top of my head

best game ever for me would be metal gear solid 3 and metal gear solid 4, for the 360 its probably mw2 and geow2, its funny cause i hated gears 1 and i love 2.

If we're talking about the 360, then it's a tie between Skate 2 and Tales of Vesperia.

If we're talking all-time, then it's GTA: San Andreas.

Theres SOOO many that I couldnt possibly just name one. How far back are we trying to go here though? Video gaming's golden time would have to be during the N64. Ocarina of Time, Starfox 64, GOLDENEYE, Perfect Dark, Resident Evil, and the list goes on. PS2 had some great games like Metal Gear Solid 2 (the first was classic aswell). Bioware games like Kotor and Baulder's gate are classic. Super Nintendo had some nice titles for it's time and nobody will EVER forget duck hunt (NES). Then the handheld Pokemon games were huge in their time.

Games now lack that same touch. It seems more like companies are just putting them out ONLY to make money. Theres no passion of love for the business anymore. When you find a gem like the Fable or Mass Effect series you can tell that the devs that created them actually love what theyre doing. With all the nickel and diming xbox live is, the greed is slowly ruining what the gaming industry once was.... to just sit down and play. Those few gems that you do find are so worth it though.

Xbox 360: Fallout 3

All platform: Guild Wars

Half life 2 (episode 2 was great also) and Fallout 3 was fun once i get some DLC for it

It seems kind of weird saying this, but... The Orange Box.

I was a devout PC gamer for years and Half-Life 2 has always been my favorite video game, period. Since my PC is out of commission I picked up The Orange Box on the 360 and despite the pile of other 360 games I have I've probably gotten more enjoyment and play time out of The Orange Box than any of the others, so I would say it's probably my favorite 360 game.

It's a toss between ME2 and ME1. I love them both

I have made my decision. I am gonna say the Mass Effect series as a whole.... Just so awesome! :D

Hard to choose between Mass Effect and Fallout 3.......Dont make me choose.

For 360, and singleplayer - Oblivion. For multiplayer, probably Halo 3.

Cant have just one best game. But I'll limit it to 5.
