Your shooter to overall game collection ratio?

How many games out your overall collection are shooters? Be honest.Seven out of my twenty-four games are shooters. Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin, Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Resistance: Fall of Man and Resistance 2. How about you guys?

What is being considered a "shooter"?

See I'd put Red Faction into Action/Adventure but you have it as a shooter

Nah, Red Faction doesn't count, you're right. A shooter is a game where your primary goal is shooting, and thats the main mechanic. Red Faction had loads of stuff to do. Gears of War, Halo, F.E.A.R., those are shooters.

right now its 5/10... I got 10 games 5 shooters, the most shooters I've had at once was 14.

5 of about 30 of my games are shooters.

edit: that would go up by a few if you count shmups

out of my 24 360 games, 9 are shooters..

Halo 3, and Halo ODST.

I'm not really big on competitive shooters via the 360. I'm more a PC guy when it comes to them.

For me, it's actually not as many as I thought because I have been losing interest in FPS titles lately, gravitating more towards games like Batman: AA, Darksiders, Assassin's Creed, etc. etc. Anyway, 8 Shooters < 22 Everything Else

Depends on waht you call a shooter. Bioshock, Borderlands, The Darkness, Dead Space, Fallout 3, Mass Effect 1 + 2?

Of my 56 360 games, 10 or so are FPS/TPS. UT3, Bioshock 1/2, Clive Barker's Jericho, Army of Two, Dark Sector, Gears of War 1/2, TP: FoL, and Bulletwitch. Of my entire collection, which is 175 games overall, I have 12 FPS/TPS, with Doom 3 and Star Wars Battlefront included with the aforementioned.

Fallout 3 is 50/50 RPG Shooter in my opinion. You do a hell of a lot of shooting. :P
