Zune?

Ok i have delt with this for a long time and it's getting to the point where zune is useless to me. Can anyone tell me why Zune is so slow, everytime I try to download a video even if its like a minute long it takes like 10 to 15 mins just to confirm purchase and then another 10 to 15 mins just for the screen to load up so i can click download. and when i get impatient about how long its taking everytime and i exit zune it freezes my xbox. The downloads themselves work like any other download on xbox. it just seems like the zune functions are what take so long.

I have never been happy when the videos went to Zune, its so slow. ust going into the Zune section takes forever and then moving around in it is just slow and awful.
