A couple months ago I found out about the game. So I thought 'Well, I played Amplitude..It might be good.'. I was very VERY wrong. It's more than just good! And here are my reasons why. Gameplay was one of the 'Pretty good, but maybe a few minor improvements.'things. L1 for the Left beat, R1 for the Middle beat, and R2 for the Right beat. You could also use other buttons, but those are the easiest to me, I don't know, maybe you like others better. The Graphics were good for an old Playstation 2 game! Maybe they weren't realistic, but they still had great designs! The 'arenas' had designs that were really unique. Different combinations of shapes and colors. You'll love it, you have to believe me. Replay value isn't the best thing, but it's still out there. I've went through some songs again to get more points. And getting more points on a stage means that you might unlock a special song! (I'm still working on my first one X_X) Of course, there are other reasons too. For instance, you might want to play multiplayer with someone. I haven't played multiplayer(No second controller or second player)but I heard it was really good. Maybe someday, but not for now. Now onto Sound! That music was GREAT. I mean, it had plenty of great people. I didn't know most of them, but I did know No Doubt. All of the music has been great, and I will be looking for the artists' albums and the soundtrack, probably. Anyway, this game is a good game even if you don't like most music. It can be addicting, but it's worth it. Even if you don't have very much money, Gamespot has some cheap prices listed! And if you're too cheap(XD) to buy it, try to rent it sometime.
Frequency takes DDR type rhythm games and turns it on its head. It may only be a game of pressing the L and R buttons and moving left and right with the D-Pad, but you'll be surprised how fun and addicting it is! This ... Read Full Review
