It's Frogger....IN 3D

The original Frogger was an arcade classic back in the 80s. In this game, it's the same Frogger you know and love, but it's in 3D. This installment for the Playstation is surprisingly good. You play as the lovable frog hopping all around the worlds to get your fellow frogs, but you have to get through many obstacles to reach them. Also you have a time limit. It's still the same Frogger, but with new worlds and in 3D. You have 4 worlds to go out and explore to start out with, the regular Frogger road, the lillypad world, the wasp world, and the industrial park. When you complete a round by getting all the frogs, you get a new level of the world. Also you can get new worlds by getting the gold frogs roaming the worlds. One noticable thing about this new Frogger is the 3D. It's not 3D gameplay, but 3D graphics. They looked pretty good 10 years ago. It doesn't really help with the gameplay. Another thing about this game are the flies roaming around the worlds. If you collect these flies, you get power-ups. These power-ups can make you go faster and jump higher which makes the game more interesting. This game also has a multiplayer mode. In this mode, you have two players racing in the worlds that you have unlocked in the single player mode. You just have to beat your opponent in a race to the end of a level. It's not really fun. It's not really Frogger.
The really bad thing that I have to say about this game is the controls are too jerky. if you tap the D0Pad the slightest, your frog will go flying. It's pretty hard if you're near an end and you have to make a perfect jump and you fall over at the last minute.
Overall this game is pretty good. It's a real Frogger game, but with the jerky controls makes this game harder than it really is.
