What the hell have they done to you, mr Bond?!

This nightmare actually had the privilege of beeing my first PSP game. I went to the local store and thought a lot about which game I should buy (since I had bought my PSP a day before). Well, I didn't know much about PSP games, so I decided to buy "From Russia With Love", mostly because it's cover art was the prettiest. And hell, NEVER AGAIN will I judge a book (erm, or a game) by its covers. So, what do we start with? First of all, you have to be a real Bond fan to get the whole storyline, otherwise it'll just be too fast to keep track of. One moment you're flying around and blowing Big Ben to kingdom come, the second you're being strangled by a blonde guy, then you're alive again etc. The gameplay, including the controls, was horrible. Yes, it's that bad. You couldn't even use the damn arrow keys, because you only could use the analog stick to move around. And the bloody camera! How the hell could you do something, if the camera stays put throughout the game, as if waiting for you to turn it yourself.
The graphics are relatively bad. Okay, so the cutscenes are pretty, the in-game graphics are definitely not pretty. The enemies look like god damn ragdolls etc.
The sound seems to be the only good thing in this game. The Bond soundtrack is rather good and Sean Connery as Bond. Need I say more?
If you're looking for a game, in which you have to try the same level over-and-over again, then this is probably not the game you're looking for. The auto-aim focus does all the work for you. And if you run out of ammo on your pistol, well dont worry - you can choose another gun from the arsenal that Bond carries with him. Yes, Bond has enough weapons with him to supply a damn army. And there were no driving missions! If you want a good PSP game to spend some time with, this is not the game for you! Hell, I wouldn't suggest this game to anybody. At first I thought that all PSP games were like this and I actually considered selling my PSP.
EA Games, leave Bond alone. No, really.
