User Rating: 7.5 | FS Falcon 2004 PC
I have FS2004. So that is what my review is based on. Sound: The sound is pretty good, but the engine should be a lot louder. I’m in the Air Force and I work with cargo planes, however F-16’s come to my base every once in a while along with a few other fighters and they are the loudest planes I have ever heard. A C-5 is nothing compared to the roar of a fighters engine. Graphics: They graphics on this plane are great. For FS2004 you get 65 liveries. Everything works well and if you crash the plane receives damage, the tail and wings will fall off. The afterburner is beautiful. And you also get an AI KC-10, VC-10, and F-16 escorting them. They also look pretty good. Gameplay: This plane is almost to maneuverable, it takes a while to learn how to fly it at all, especially if you are used to the jumbo jets. I would learn how to fly the Lear jet and then try flying this one. The gun works but it won’t shoot down planes, which almost makes me wish that it didn’t work, the tracer rounds look good but it doesn’t sound all that great and it is fired by pulling the brake while in the air so every time you fire it the brake message pops up. Summary: Unless you are dying for a fighter plane in your simulator, or you think you will be able to handle it well then I wouldn’t buy it. But if you think you will be able to fly it then I would buy it now. It is defiantly worth the money if you will be able to handle this plane.
