lack of any interesting storyline and repetitive gameplay make this a game not even fans will like.
The game starts out really repetitive with only one attack button and one alchemy button and only two really effective combos but you think to yourself, it'll get better when we unlock more combos. Well guess what? no unlockable combos no more alchemy attacks, the only thing that gets more interesting is that you can use alchemy to transumtate various items into weapons you can use. Unfortunately, about two of these items are actually useful whereas the others are just a waste of time to transmutate.
The gamespot review says this is a rent title. I say dont even bother renting it even if you love the show, this game tarnishes the name of fullmetal alchemist.
