If there was a prize for the funniest game ever, Futurama would win it. The game script is written by a writer for Futurama, all the voice cast are there, and some neat little jokes are put in that fans of the show will surely pick up on. Sadly this is where the fun ends. The game starts off in usual Futurama style, with the gang at Planet Express Headquarters, and then follows the usual Futurama crazyness, where MOM has some scheme or whatnot. You get to play as Fry, Bender and Leela, and as would be expected, each of them have different attributes that specialise in different segments of the game. With Fry, you are mainly shooting, with Bender there are alot of platforming sections and with Leela, expect alot of fighting. The camera seems to have a mind of its own, and will sometimes get stuck in tricky places. Aiming is sometimes a bit of a bother, as it doesnt always lock on to who you want it to, and graphically it could look a little nicer. That said, the cell shading is quite nice, and suits the looks of the show. If you arent a Futurama fan, there wont be anything in this game to keep you entertained, if you are a Futurama fan, you may want to take a look at it, or rent it at least, as there is some great material in there.
