Fuzion Frenzy is a decent bargain snag, but don't bother paying more than ten dollars for this party game.
Fuzion Frenzy is a decently entertaining multiplayer party game. It provides a variety of multiplayer games to amuse you and your friends. You can choose a character to control and earn points towards a final "Fuzion Frenzy" round at the end of every stage (which gets incredibly annoying after about two rounds). Each stage takes place in a different part of the city and features specific mini-games in that part of the city.
It's easy to learn and pretty fun for the first half-hour. After that, it starts to get a little redundant. Racing game, collect-the-orb, racing game...The mini-games are basically built on the same concepts and adapted slightly to each section of the city. The multiplayer is fun with your friends, but the computer players are woefully inept. Fuzion Frenzy is a pretty good party game, and will hold the interest of most anyone for a little while, especially those with a significant amount of caffeine in their blood.
Graphics are slightly less than average. Not beautiful, not horrible. Most of the time, gameplay holds you enough that you don't notice the little problems in the graphics. Also, the game is zoomed out almost ridiculously far to take in the whole playing field so the lackluster graphics are hidden accept to those with unusually good eyesight.
Sound is also about average. The music is moderately catchy and you'll find yourself humming along every so often. There are enough songs that play that you're not hearing the same three identical songs the entire time, but they're nothing incredible. Ho-hum.
If you see this in your bargain bin for under ten bucks, grab it. Otherwise, Fuzion Frenzy isn't worth the amount of play you'll get out of it. There are better party games out there, perhaps not on the XBOX, but there are.
