Awesome platorm shooter.

G Darius is the best game I have played of its particular genre. The gameplay is top-notch; the learning curve for the controls is really less than 15 minutes, it has a few new features that set it apart from Darius Gaiden including the improved capture system, and the 2 player mode is better than ever.

The graphics were pretty good for that point in the life of the Playstation. The music was also pretty catchy; especially the music that plays during the last stage. The story is pretty much the same; you've got people in fish themed ships trying to take over the Darius system.

I think this was a really great game that needs a sequel sometime or another. Einhander kind of overshadowed this, though.
