You have to be hardcore to enjoy this game. And by hardcore, I mean blasting Slayer: Reign in Blood at max volume and playing co op with a friend. The Gamespot reviewer obviously left Slayer out of his Gain Ground experience. Whiskey doesn't hurt either. If you are of age....
Slayer + Whiskey + Gain Ground = Tribal Guy in a loin cloth taking out futuristic robot fighters with a spear = pure gaming bliss. Seriously. This game is a timeless classic! I've been waiting for a sequel for years! Just make sure you get the formula right. Maybe a sequel could even get licensing for a Slayer soundtrack. That would rock.
