Left, right, and a fire button?

Galaxian is pretty old now, but even so, the game still retains a fun concept. You can move left and right using the joystick on the arcade interface, and you try to shoot down all of the space ships with a button while trying to dodge their lasers and dive bombs. While this may seem extremely outdated, it is a good way to take a break from all of the hugely updated shooting games with their worlds and levels and many weapons. This is simpler, and very addictive as well. It takes a bit of skill as well to play this game right, cause the controls used here are very simple, but they arn't that easy to utilize without getting killed. You have to learn how to control your ship (going left and right is simple but it leaves you pretty open to lasers and ships) without getting shot, and how to shoot down ships when they come at you, and when they are up there on the screen. Altogether, galaxian is very easy to learn how to play and it is has a lot of replay value. I recmmend it if you really want to play that kind of game.
