Elden Ring Nightreign is a game that asks you to rapidly work through a map, taking down huge bosses on a quest to reach a level high enough to let your team tackle an expedition's Night Lord at the end of the run. It's a tense and challenging experience that is focused on patience, strategy, and excellent teamwork. But no matter how much fun you're having pushing through this difficult adventure, you'll want to be sure you look good while doing it. This is where skins come in.
Known in the game as "garbs," skins become available to unlock after fully completing two expeditions in Elden Ring Nightreign. This means you'll need to stick with the default skin until you overcome some pretty tough fights. It's worth it in the end, though--promise.
Once you've unlocked access to skins, you can change them at any time by walking to the mirror in Roundtable Hold or by opening your menu and selecting "Change Garb" to instantly warp there.
If you notice that your selection of skins is rather limited at first, don't fret! At first, you'll only be able to obtain the Dawn or Darkness skins for each character. But once you complete the final boss in Elden Ring: Nightreign, you'll unlock the ability to purchase two additional skins, most of which are a fun play on characters from previous games in the Soulsborne series.
Most skins in Elden Ring Nightreign must be purchased with Murk, a currency earned by finishing an expedition or selling off some of your hard-earned relics. With that being said, these skins can be rather expensive, so you'll want to focus on saving for the ones that are most appealing to you.
But Murk can only get you so far toward obtaining every skin in the game. You'll also be able to obtain a Remembrance skin for each character by completing all chapters of their Remembrance quests, which you can begin or postpone at will by visiting the Journal in Roundtable Hold. These will be granted automatically after completion, so you won't have to spend any Murk to start looking fancy.
Whether you're excited to see what's in store for you when you dive into Elden Ring Nightreign, you'll find a list of every skin currently available in the game for you to peruse below. Of course, there are likely more to come in future updates or DLC, so stay tuned!
