Cyber Monday 2019 Best Gaming Deals
Cyber Monday is over, but not all of the deals that came with it have. Some of the big hardware bundles, several big discounts on major games, and some accessories and subscriptions are still at or around their Cyber Monday prices, so if you're shopping for the people on your holiday shopping list right now, you can still save some of your hard-earned cash before Christmas.
Some retailers, like Amazon, Target, Best Buy, Walmart, and GameStop, still have promotions for a ton of deals going on. Their selections are admittedly limited compared to what they had for Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2019, but if you're looking to pick up a console bundle or major game this holiday season, we've got some great picks you should take a look at.

Most other retailers have the PS4 Pro back up to its full, $400 retail price by now, but Walmart has it for $317 as of this writing, which might be your best bet if you want to pick up a Pro before Christmas.
DualShock 4 Wireless Controller | $40-45 each
PS4's DualShock 4 are also back up to full price at most places except Walmart, which has the new Fall 2019 line of colors for $45--they normally go for $65. If you just want to a plain 'ol black DualShock though, you can get one for $40 (you'll the discount in your cart).
PlayStation Plus 12-month membership | $43
Sony's official offer on PS Plus this Black Friday is $45 for a 12-month subscription. This is a solid deal, but Ebay has one-year PS Plus memberships for $40 each right now. Keep in mind this is a physical card that'll be shipped to you, but this deal does include free shipping.

Walmart may have the best Nintendo Switch bundle post-Cyber Monday. The new model is bundled with all-red Joy-Cons (It's a Mario-themed bundle), $20 to spend on Nintendo's digital Eshop store, and a carrying case.

Need an extra pair of Joy-Cons? While the price has gone up slightly since Black Friday, you can still find gray Joy-Cons for $69, down from the usual $80 a pair.

Xbox One bundles are mostly back up to full price at this point, but Walmart's kept a few of the Xbox One S bundles with the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Deluxe Edition around, and you can get on for just $213
Xbox One S All-Digital Edition Bundle | $160
If buying physical discs isn't your thing, you might be interested in the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition bundle, which comes with Minecraft, Sea of Thieves, and bonus content for Fortnite (2,000 V-Bucks and the Legendary Rogue Spider Knight outfit). The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition wasn't well-received when it first launched at $250, but for a full $60 less, the price may finally be right. You can find it for $160 at Walmart.

This stunning limited-edition Xbox One X is available even after Cyber Monday with a slight price bump. The console is bundled with Gears 5 and previous Gears of War games for $375 at Walmart. Please note Gears 5 is also available for free with Xbox Game Pass.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate: Get 3 months for $1 (new subscribers)
Microsoft is offering a nice discount on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate this holiday season: For a limited time, you can get your first three months of the service--which combines Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass for both PC and console--for just $1. Considering three months would normally cost you $45, this introductory offer is worth grabbing if you're curious about Game Pass--just remember to cancel before the three months are up if you don't want to continue with your membership.

The Cloud II is HyperX's most popular gaming headset, and for good reason. It's got great comfort, excellent build quality, and good speakers. Normally $100, it's on sale for $60 at Ebay right now.
Oculus Quest 128 GB + Vader Immortal bundle | $499
The Oculus Quest is a completely standalone VR headset that features inside-out tracking--you don't need any sensors, the headset does it all for you. All you need to do is put it on and get going with its library of VR games and experiences. However, if you want to connect to a PC, you can do that with the recently introduced Oculus Link feature--just connect it via USB 3.0 and you're off to the races. That means if you want to play Half-Life: Alyx, then you're good to go with the Quest.
From now until January 31, Oculus is giving away all three episodes of the Star Wars series, Vader Immortal, with every purchase of the Quest. All you have to do is activate your headset within 30 days of your purchase.

The new Call of Duty game just launched in late October, but Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is available for $40-$45 at Ebay right now. The multiplayer, for the most part, is top-notch, with the best gunplay in series history, and the campaign at least makes an effort to explore the real horrors of war.

Obsidian's new space-faring RPG was one of the biggest hits of late 2019, and it's already on sale for a nice discount even after Cyber Monday. Normally sold for $60, you can find it for just $40 on PS4 and Xbox One at Best Buy.

Control is one of the most mind-bending games of 2019 with its fast-paced action and reality-breaking world. Walmart's offering the best price on Control after Cyber Monday: $30 on PS4, $40 on Xbox One.

An engaging conclusion to the Borderlands story, the co-op-focused loot shooter earned an 8/10 in GameSpot's Borderlands 3 review. The new characters shake things up, the colorful cartoon environments encourage teamwork, and the dizzying number of guns makes for a constantly evolving experience. Borderlands 3 is on sale now for $35 at Amazon and Best Buy.

It's rare to see a first-party Nintendo game discounted so soon after release, but while Link's Awakening deals have been few and far between for Black Friday, you can find it on sale for just $48 at Amazon.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition | $45
The Nintendo Switch got its port of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt earlier this year, and if you're looking for a great RPG chock full of fantastic storylines and quests, then this is the one for you. It comes with both expansions, Hearts of Stone and Blood & Wine, for $45 at Amazon this Cyber Monday.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is one of the few games to receive a 10/10 review from GameSpot. It was our 2017 Game of the Year, and it's on sale for $50 at Walmart.

Create your own Super Mario levels and compete with friends in Super Mario Maker 2, the 2019 sequel to the original Wii U game. We've barely seen any discounts on Super Mario Maker 2 all year, but you can snag a brand-new copy for $50 at Walmart.
Mortal Kombat 11 | $42
Mortal Kombat 11 is one of the best fighting games of 2019, and if you're a glutton for the gore and violence, you can't get much better than it. It's on sale for $38 at Amazon.
Gears 5 | $40
Gears 5 combines a more open-ended campaign with excellent versus modes, the always great Horde mode, and a brand new cooperative Escape mode into one package full of exciting action. While free with Xbox Game Pass, you can also find the game for $40.
Super Mario Odyssey | $50
The Nintendo Switch truly has a lot of great games, as Super Mario Odyssey is yet another game that earned a rare 10/10 from GameSpot. Walmart has it for $50; the price has already gone back up elsewhere.
Resident Evil 2 | $30
Even if you've played the original game a dozen times, the remake of Resident Evil 2 does a great job of scaring you again. And thanks to the modernization of some of its gameplay and mechanics, newcomers will love it too. While available for $15 during Black Friday, $30 is now the cheapest you'll find it after Cyber Monday. That's still a great deal for this remake of a horror classic.

Super Mario Party is a great game to play with friends and family, though please remember that it's just a game: some hot rivalries may cause some arguments. The $30 Black Friday doorbuster deal is long gone, but you can still snag this Switch game for $40. Amazon has it as a digital download right now.

Splatoon 2 is one of the Nintendo Switch's best multiplayer games, letting you run around as a half-squid, half-kid with the mission of painting your enemies until they pop. You can pick up Splatoon 2 for $52.
Marvel's Spider-Man: Game of the Year Edition | $24.44
Marvel's Spider-Man marked the triumphant return of the friendly neighborhood wall-crawler to video games. It's a fantastic game, and you can pick up its Game of the Year edition for $24.44 at Amazon.

FIFA 20 is this year's new soccer game, and it features everything you've come to know and love about the sports franchise. This year, it introduces the new Volta mode, which is reminiscent of the beloved FIFA Street games. You can pick FIFA 20 up for $36 right now.

NBA 2K20 is the latest basketball game in 2K's popular series. It features a story that takes a more serious approach to the sport, as opposed to previous years' awkward attempts at humour. The game is available for $40 on all platforms at Amazon.

Need For Speed Heat had a lot to shoulder, with previous games not being received all that favorably. Thankfully, Heat has taken some big steps in the right direction, making for a new racing game that's a lot of fun to play. Walmart's got it for just $36 right now.

Grand Theft Auto 5: Premium Edition | $20
Grand Theft Auto 5 is one of the best games of the decade, and if you haven't picked it up yet, you can grab the Premium Edition for $20. The Premium Edition comes with the complete base game, including the large single-player story and immense multiplayer mode, in addition to the Criminal Enterprise starter pack. The starter pack gets you $1,000,000 in bonus cash for the online mode.
