It's day two of San Diego Comic-Con, and as always the annual convention of everything pop culture has plenty of exciting news and collectibles to buy. A good chunk of the fun of the convention is mostly from the latter. This year, Mondo has a wide selection of art prints, pins, and vinyl records you can buy for yourself at the show. And those items span some wildly popular franchises from gaming, movies, comics, and more, including Metal Gear Solid, Marvel, DC (and, in particular, Batman), and more. There's even an It poster, coinciding with the release of a new It: Chapter 2 trailer and exclusive footage that was only shown at Comic-Con.

Best known for its exclusive posters and retro-style drawings, art company Mondo has been a reliable presence at SDCC for years. Modern movie posters are more concerned with cramming all the principal actors' faces front and center, which may be the most focus-tested strategy to draw people into theaters--but it also makes for boring posters. Mondo, on the other hand, harks back to a bygone aesthetic period of ad design. It's a challenge to capture the essence of a film through a single, static image. But done properly, it's an artistic feat.

And the company doesn't stop at posters, with vinyl record releases, pins, and more to celebrate your favorite movie releases, new and old.
