E3 2017: All The Games Shown At Ubisoft's Press Conference

E3 2017 rolled on today with Ubisoft's briefing this afternoon. Arguably the best part came at the end when Ubisoft finally announced Beyond Good & Evil 2. But that wasn't the only reveal, as we also learned about a new pirates-themed multiplayer naval battle game called Skull and Bones, while Ubisoft also took the lid off multiple VR games.

After many leaks, Ubisoft formally announced Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle. An intriguing-looking turn-based tactical game, Kingdom Battle launches on August 29 for Nintendo Switch.

Ubisoft didn't announce anything new about Assassin's Creed Origins, but we did see a new trailer that provided a glimpse of the game's world.

It showed a lot of the animals and people that you'll encounter, too. Since Origins is set in Egypt, the Nile and its surrounding ecosystems will significantly affect gameplay. Lions and other creatures can be released from their cages to wreak havoc on outposts, while you can ride camels and chariots to get around.

A new trailer for The Crew 2 was released during Ubisoft's E3 briefing, showing the game's sprawling open world and a bunch of vehicles, from cars to monster trucks to light airplanes.

A new trailer for South Park: The Fractured But Whole premiered during Ubisoft's briefing. Of course it was a lighthearted trailer, poking fun at bad X-Men movies and more. After delays, the game launches on October 17.

One of Ubisoft's big surprises was Skull and Bones, a new pirate-themed naval warfare game from Ubisoft Singapore. The game has a shared, systemtic world, according to Ubisoft. Players can engage in 5v5 battles as they try to fend for themselves or team up with other players.

At last, Ubisoft re-revealed Beyond Good & Evil 2, the much-anticipated follow-up to 2003's Beyond Good & Evil. It takes place before the birth of Jade, the protagonist of the original game. No release date was announced.

Ubisoft showed off new gameplay for Far Cry 5 during the company's briefing. We saw some intense shootouts; a bit of the eerie, unsettling story; and your canine companion.

Ubisoft's extreme sports game Steep might not taken the world by storm, but it was popular enough, and it continues to get new updates. The next big expansion, an Olympics-themed add-on, is coming later this year.

Basically no one saw this one coming. Starlink: Battle For Atlas is Ubisoft's first big step into the toys-to-life market. The sci-fi spaceship-battling game uses real-world toys that attach to your controller. Pretty cool.

With more than 65 million units sold, Just Dance is a juggernaut, so it was no surprise when the next entry, Just Dance 2018, was announced at Ubisoft's E3 event. The dancing game launches in October for all the usual platforms.

Ubisoft teamed up with Lord of the Rings actor Elijah Wood's film studio SpectreVision for a creepy-looking VR game called Transference. It's coming in Spring 2018 for VR platforms and traditional consoles.
