Like its predecessor, the Nintendo Switch 2 offers a variety of different input methods right out of the box, from a touch screen to traditional buttons and motion controls. On top of all that, the new Joy-Con 2 controllers can be placed on a surface and used like a mouse, opening up even more functionality than before.
Mouse controls also afford new gameplay opportunities for a home console, and a number of games are already taking advantage of it. The Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of Metroid Prime 4: Beyond allows you to swap to mouse controls on the fly for even more precise gunplay, while wheelchair basketball game Drag x Drive uses mouse controls to simulate maneuvering your vehicle.
More than a dozen Switch 2 games are confirmed to use mouse functionality, with more likely to be announced as more developers release games for the upcoming console. Here is every Nintendo Switch 2 game that uses mouse controls so far. We'll continue to update this list as more titles are confirmed.
The Nintendo Switch 2 launches around the world on June 5. Be sure to also check out our roundups of every Nintendo Switch 2 launch game and everything coming to Nintendo Switch Online at launch, as well as all the confirmed and rumored Switch 2 games so far.
