Eating Like a King
Cooking food and going to restaurants are quirky diversions from your adventure in Final Fantasy XV. When you consume food, you can gain temporary bonuses to your stats and passive abilities that can be effective to have in difficult battles. Every dish you find is rendered in incredible detail and is likely to make you salivate at the sight of each one. With so many delicious looking recipes to discover, we've narrowed down our favorite foods to look at. Click ahead to see them all as well as details on each dish's respective stat boosts.
Kenny's Salmon
- Attack Boost: Increases attack strength by 150.

What happens when you cover salmon--the steak of fish--with a cooked beaten egg? Kenny's special salmon plate from Taka's Diner in Hammerhead; that's what. This delicious omelette dish has inspired us to want combine these two unlikely ingredients together in real life. We're hoping the results are just as good as it appears here.
White Fish in Tomato Sauce

It may not be a looker, but this monstrous looking white fish has us wondering what it might taste like. If it's bad, then at least it's drenched in loads of tomato sauce.

You can't go wrong with Italian seafood dishes. It takes the savory taste of seafood and douses it in creamy sauces. Add in pasta or rice, and you've got a golden combination. This much seems true in the Sea Bounty's Risotto dish from the Mother of Pearl at the Galdin Quay. With a bundle of shrimp and clams topping it off, one can only dream of how great this must taste.
Leiden Jambalaya

- HP Boost: Increases mac HP by 200.
- Regen Boost: Accelerates HP recovery rate by 25%.
Jambalaya offers a distinct and rich spice to what's otherwise a basic dish consisting of meat and rice. This version of the famous meal looks to be no exception; we just wish we could taste it to know for sure.
Toadsteak Drumsticks

These Toadsteak Drumsticks have us salivating at the sight of it. But we're left wondering: where does Toadsteak come from?

Breaded pork cutlet on a stick? It's simple, elegant, and efficient; count us in.
Golden Curry

You can't go wrong Japanese-styled curry. The two major components--the curry and the rice--are divided on the plate in such a way where both constantly threaten to overflow into the other. But when you inevitably bridge that gap by your own volition, there can be nothing but satisfaction felt over how the two effortlessly become one. We're thinking that the same rules apply to Ignis' Golden Curry recipe.
Triple Truffle Risotto

Triple, double, or single; the amount of truffles contained in this Risotto dish holds no bearing on how delicious it looks.
Spicy Skewers

A meal doesn't always need to be complicated to be appetizing. Sometimes all you to need do is stick a skewer through some meat, infuse it with some spice, and call it a day. The flavor of these Spicy Skewers is liable to be the reason why Noctis and party gain such a strong set of buffs to their stats and abilities when consumed.
Cup Noodles
Cup Noodles: These are the base statistic boosts of this meal. (Prompto's Favorite)**

Cup Noodle - Real Taste: These are the enhanced statistic boosts, which are earned after completing "The Perfect Cup" sidequest. (Gladiolus' Favorite)**

- Experience Boost: Increases experience gain by 20%.
Instant Ramen is one of the "go-to" foods for young college kids. This also appears to be the case for Noctis and his party, especially for Prompto and Gladio. Also, Eos' version of Cup Noodles looks far better than the real thing. It has actual shrimp and beef.
**An ally's favorite food doubles the leveling rate of any techniques they use in battle. In addition, it guarantees critical hits when said techniques are used.
Jetty's

- Toadproof: Prevents toad.
We've got coke, but the people of Eos have Jetty's. We ponder what this must taste like; maybe it's a cross between sprite and a berry sugar cane soda.
Hammerhead Hot Sandwich

- HP Boost: Increases max HP by 200.
There's nothing more iconic and pure than a simple hot sandwich bought from a roadside diner. Containing the essentials for living, the Hammerhead Hot Sandwich is a worthwhile meal to snack on early on before taking on your first couple of hunting contracts.
Charcuterie on Toast

- HP Boost: Increases max HP by 200.
Stick fancy meat on toast and you suddenly have a delectable meal that you'd be liable to see on the appetizer menu of an expensive restaurant. While not a huge help to your stats, this dish is certainly one of the most mouthwatering.
Mystery Meat Sushi

Spam Masubi--or "Mystery Meat Sushi" as it's known in the game--is a cult favorite among food lovers. We wonder if it has the same status among the people of Eos.
Croque Madame

An egg over toast with ham is as simple and elegant as a meal can possibly get. That's why it's an great breakfast item; you get your protein, carbohydrates, and essential amino acids.
Oil-Drizzled Steamed Fish

- Magic Boost: Increases magic by 50.
Drizzle some oil on a cooked fish and you have an easy gourmet dish that's not only delicious, but also useful in boosting your stats for the struggles of battle.
Breaded Cutlet with Tomato

This classic Japanese comfort food is a pleasing dish to dine upon during your early adventures throughout Eos. Not to mention it's also one of Ignis' favorite dishes.

Thick and hardy, this Dry-Aged Tender Roast Stew should prove an essential dish to aid in your initial trials and tribulations in the harsh countryside areas of Eos.
