Spring is a time of change, renewal and spending time outside as temperatures start to rise. So naturally, we're thinking about all the new ways you can sit on the couch and watch movies.
This is no April Fool's joke: This month is bringing plenty of streaming options, both old and new. No matter your taste in film, there's something here for every fan of the silver screen.
We combed through scores of titles coming to streaming platforms this month to deliver a list of the best viewing experiences for you. We've got superhero movies. Newly released comedies. Beloved cult classics. Adam Sandler. You name it.
Some of these flicks are about to celebrate major milestone anniversaries. Others are expecting a new installment in the franchise at some point in the near future, so you better make sure you're all caught up and refreshed on them now. Why it's worth a watch: If you managed to dodge the box-office buzz surrounding Olivia Wilde's thriller back when it hit theaters, we're impressed. 3. Ocean's Eleven (2001)

4. Shazam! Fury of the Gods (2023)

Why it's worth a watch: OK, so critical reviews were significantly lower than they were for the OG Shazam! But the sequel, featuring Helen Mirren, Lucy Liu, and Rachel Zegler alongside star Zachary Levi, still offers a satisfying enough action experience.

Why it's worth a watch: Patty Jenkins delivers an epic superhero movie starring Gal Gadot and Chris Pine.

Why it's worth a watch: If you're still catching up on 2024 Oscars winners, this harrowing Holocaust drama won best international film.
15. The Greatest Hits (2024)

Why it's worth a watch: If you've ever listened to a song and instantly felt transported back to a different time in your life, this may be a new watch for you. Lucy Boynton stars in this Hulu Original as a woman mourning the death of her boyfriend when she discovers she can time travel by listening to certain songs. But the opportunity to save his life in the past may come at the cost of new things to come in the present.
16. The Holdovers (2023)

Why it's worth a watch: See the best supporting actress performance that landed Da'Vine Joy Randolph her first Academy Award. Paul Giamatti stars in this feel-good flick as a prep school teacher who stays on campus over the holiday break to take care of a group of students who have nowhere else to go.
