The state of PlayStation
The first PlayStation presentation of 2025 has concluded, as a new State Of Play livestream was held on February 12. This marks the first time a State Of Play has taken the digital stage since September 2024, which included trailers for Monster Hunter Wilds and Alan Wake 2: The Lake House, as well as the debut of Ghost Of Yotei.

Monster Hunter Wilds
The show began with a new trailer for Monster Hunter Wilds, which launches February 28. The trailer also confirmed the first title update, coming this spring, which will add the monster Mizutzune among other updates.

Shinobi: Art Of Vengeance
The next two announcements both came from Sega, with the first being the return of its ninja-platformer franchise in Shinobi: Art Of Vengeance. Lizardcube will handle development, and it will launch August 29.

Sonic Racing CrossWorlds
Racing behind Shinobi was the latest in the Sonic Racing franchise, Sonic Racing CrossWorlds. No specific launch date was revealed, but players can sign up for a network test on February 21.

Digimon Story: Time Stranger
The heavily-rumored next Digimon Story was confirmed next, as a new trailer from Bandai Namco revealed Digimon Story: Time Stranger.

A new trailer for the action-heavy adventure Lost Soul Aside was next up, which introduced multiple characters and shed some light on the story. The game will launch on May 30.

Like A Dragon
Two updates centered around the Like A Dragon franchise came next. First, a demo for Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii will drop on the PlayStation Network this week, while Ichiban will feature in the next DLC for Dave The Diver, called Ichiban's Holiday.
WWE 2K25
WWE's Paul Heyman appeared next, where he detailed The Island, a new social hub world coming to WWE 2K25 in March. The Island will let up to 50 players join together for wrestling, shopping for customization items, and more.

A new trailer for Five Nights At Freddy's: Secret Of The Mimic came next, which gave a glimpse at the spooky workshop where one unlucky employee must search for a special endoskeleton... or die trying. Secret Of The Mimic launches June 13.

Warriors: Abyss
The only shadow-drop of the presentation was next, as Koei Tecmo announced its roguelite spin on its Warriors action franchise with Warriors: Abyss.

Dreams of Another
Q-Games and Baiyon revealed Dream Of Another next, which is a new take on the standard third-person shooter. Instead of just destroying things, you can create parts of the world by shooting at floating dots scattered around.
Days Gone Remastered
Days Gone is confirmed to be the next PlayStation first-party title to receive the remaster treatment. The remaster launches April 25, and those who own the game on PS4 can upgrade to the remastered PS5 version for only $10.

Next was the debut of Tides Of Annihilation from Eclipse Glow Games. The action game is set in an alternate version of London, where a monstrous dimension has merged with familiar locales and landmarks.

Metal Eden
Next, Reikon Games revealed Metal Eden, an "adrenaline rush sci-fi FPS," with a trailer showing off some of the high-speed moves players will be able to make while running through the world. Metal Eden launches May 6.
MindsEye
MindsEye is a third-person action game from Build A Rocket Boy and director Leslie Benzies, the former president of Rockstar North. This new game will mix third-person shooting and high-speed chase scenes throughout its story.
