Our Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree talismans guide is organized per region. We start off at Gravesite Plain, which is where you first arrive when you begin the DLC. This is followed by Scadu Altus, and so on.

The map shows all the Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree talismans in the Gravesite Plain region.

Location: Inside the church steeple in the Scorched Ruins.

Effect: Raises attack power after each critical hit.

Location: From the Main Gate Cross in front of Belurat, look back the way you came to see a narrow cliffside path that leads to the south. Follow it until you reach Prospect Town. Climb the rooftops and open the chest inside the steeple.

Effect: +5 Arcane

Location: From Prospect Town, continue south until you reach the Church of Benediction. Pick up this accessory that's in front of a statue.

Effect: Slowly restores FP.

Location: From the rooftop section with Gravebirds, look for a narrow street with a doorway to the right–there’s a lot of rubble next to the doorway and a bunch of scorpions will drop down if you enter. In any case, jump and get past the rubble to spot a well-hidden opening. It leads to a Miquella’s Cross, as well as this particular accessory.

Effect: Raises attack power when your summoned spirit dies.

Location: Near the Abandoned Ailing Village.

Effect: Increases your resistance to the last ailment that you suffered.

Location: Follow the ridge that leads to Cerulean Coast. However, instead of going south from Ellac River Cave, head north instead. This leads to a dungeon called Rivermouth Cave. Just outside, you'll see a Giant Crab guarding a waterfall. Hit the wall behind the waterfall to reveal a small cavern with Surprised Emoji Worms.

Effect: Greatly increases stamina recovery speed.

Location: Acquired after defeating the Death Knight in Fog Rift Catacombs.

Effect: Boosts maximum HP by the utmost.

Location: Follow the ridges heading downward between Castle Front and Pillar Path Cross. Gallop past the poisonous flowers all the way to the very end of the cliffside path. Grab the talisman next to the spectral elder.

Effect: Raises the potency of magma.

The map shows all the Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree talismans in the Scadu Altus and Rauh Base regions. Note that the star icon represents a particular quest chain involving one of Miquella's followers.

Location: Found on an altar just after you beat Moonrithyll Carian Knight.

Effect: Enhances attacks executed after maintaining the same stance for a while.

Location: After defeating Rellana and exiting Castle Ensis, head to the outer section. Hop down a few ledges next to the waterfalls, which then leads you to a sloping path near the bridge. The talisman is inside the gatehouse.

Effect: Boosts magic damage negation by the utmost.

Location: Similar to the above, you'll want to head back down to Castle Ensis from the back (i.e. using the waterfalls in Scadu Altus). There's a separate section called Fog Rift Fort that you can reach by following a cliffside path.

Effect: Increases the effective range of bows and raises the attack power of arrows/bolts.

Location: Head north from Highroad Cross to reach the Church of the Crusade. Then, defeat an NPC invader named Fire Knight Queelign.

Effect: Raises attack power after defeating an enemy.

Location: Found inside a Messmer Soldier camp in Rauh Base.

Effect: Boosts all non-physical damage negation while guarding.

Location: Defeat the Death Knight boss in Scorpion River Catacombs.

Effect: Boosts maximum FP by the utmost.

Location: Check the drapes in the southern part of Temple Town Ruins to see an opening. Climb to the top of the roofs and open the chest in the steeple.

Effect: Enhances attacks with Two-Handed weapons.

Location: Found inside the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past.

Effect: Enhances weapon-throwing attacks.

Location: Check the collapsed church in Moorh Ruins and look for ledges that can break your fall as you drop down.

Effect: Raises potency of kicking and stomping skills.

Location: Inside the Fort of Reprimand, look for a corridor with some soldiers and numerous cages scattered about. You can hop on the cages to reach a balcony that has this chest.

Effect: Boosts fire damage negation by the utmost.

Location: Found inside Bonny Gaol.

Effect: Vastly raises robustness.

Location: Found inside the Cathedral of Manus Metyr once you’ve succeeded in doing tasks for Ymir. You can learn more in our Finger Ruins guide.

Effect: Shortens casting speed for sorceries and incantations by the utmost, but increases damage taken.

Location: Leda quest chain - You'll find Needle Knight Leda at the Highroad Cross Site of Grace for most of the campaign. Upon advancing to Shadow Keep's entrance and breaking Miquella's Seal, return to her location. She'll mention that some of her companions have ulterior motives and, in a couple of instances, you have the option to assist her against the Hornsent and Ansbach. Helping her eliminate her targets you a couple of talismans in return.

Lacerating Crossed-Tree effect: Enhances dash attacks.

Retaliatory Crossed-Tree effect: Enhances attacks executed after rolling or backstepping.

The map shows all the Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree talismans in the southern portion of the realm, namely the Cerulean Coast/Charo's Hidden Grave and Finger Ruins of Rhia regions.

Location: Found inside Lamenter's Gaol.

Effect: Vastly raises focus.

Location: Obtained as a reward while doing Thiollier's quest.

Effect: Sleep in the vicinity raises attack power.

Location: Obtained as a reward as part of the Finger Ruins quest.

Effect: Greatly boosts HP restoration from Flask of Crimson Tears.

These talismans are found in Shadow Keep fortress, and Scaduview/Hinterlands. Take note that you'll need to gain access to both the flooded alternate path and the secret northeast region.

Location: After beating the Golden Hippopotamus boss at the main entrance, continue exploring the ramparts until you enter a chamber that lets you exit to the garden area.

Effect: Increases poise after using a Flask of Tears.

Location: In the Specimen Storage chamber, continue climbing up until you get past the Fire Knights on the second floor. From there, you should be able to hop off a walkway. You can drop down the opposite side of the library, then pull the lever to return to the main area.

Effect: Increases lightning damage negation by the utmost.

Location: Found inside the Albinauric's Shack just past Scaduview.

Effect: Boosts attack power of precision-aimed shots.

Location: You need to gain access to the northeastern region of the world map. Follow the sloping path upward to reach the Shaman Village (you don’t need to fight the Tree Sentinels). The talisman is in the middle of the field of golden flowers.

Effect: Boosts holy damage negation by the utmost.

Location: Acquired as a reward while doing the Finger Ruins quest chain.

Effect: Greatly boosts FP restoration from your Flask of Cerulean Tears.

These Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree talismans are found in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh.

Location: This talisman is in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh. However, the section of the map can only be reached via a teleporter. You can find it next to a structure in the middle of the lake to the west of the Highroad Cross fast travel point in Scadu Altus.

Effect: Raises defense with higher equipment load.

Location: Found inside the first temple complex. It's on top of a branch guarded by some Manflies and a Demihuman Harlequin.

Effect: Improves backsteps but increases damage taken.

Location: Continue exploring the Ancient Ruins of Rauh until you reach the temple complex in the northwest. Upon exiting the second level, go up the sloping path along the cliff. You should see the cairn (i.e. stacked stones). Destroy the cairn to activate the spiritspring. This will allow Torrent to jump high up into the air. You can then reach the top of the ruins at the opposite side.

Effect: Vastly raises robustness, immunity, and focus.
