    Only on PlayStation 4

    2017 was an amazing year for the PlayStation 4. On top of a well-rounded selection of multi-platform games like Prey, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, and What Remains of Edith Finch, the console also had fantastic exclusives like Persona 5, Gravity Rush 2, Nioh, and Horizon: Zero Dawn. And for any with an interest in virtual reality, the release of PlayStation VR offered a few more excellent titles.

    2018 has been a pretty good follow-up. The PS4's library has some excellent new multi-platform games, such as Celeste and Monster Hunter: World. However, it's the exclusive indies, like Iconoclasts, and triple-A titles, like God of War, that separate the PS4 from its competition. Insomniac's Spider-Man is primed to close out the PS4's 2018 roster of console exclusives, but maybe we'll be treated to a surprise or two.

    Below is a full list of the PS4's biggest exclusives for 2018. For more information on each game, click through the slides ahead to find out what each game is and its release date.

    @skcyte: So? Really? You are going to try to act smart, huh? PC is not a console, so? The article is titled as "console exclusives." I'm sorry but you are obviously not as smart as you think you are.

    @skcyte: When you get smarter, I will let you know. Until then research the difference between what a console and PC is.

    @Mkeegs79:

    Console exclusive = Console platform only

    PS4 Console exclusive = PS4 platform only

    PC = Platform

    If its on PC, its not a console exclusive dumbass, but dont worry "When you get smarter" you will understand.

    @szwanderer: pc isnt a console, dont know why its so hard for you to understand what a console is. console exclusive means its on 1 console, we all know that so why so tough for you to get?

    @Mkeegs79: @szwanderer When companies such as Sony and MS say that a game is a console exclusive, they mean that the game is available on their platform AND PC. Otherwise they are just called "exclusives", like "PS4 Exclusive". Trust me, these are the terms they have been using since they started buying the permanent or temporal exclusiveness of certain games. Also, unless they want to lie about it, timed exclusives are presented as "first on Xbox" or "first on PS4".

    The title of this article is misleading.

    As a list this was alright and from what i could tell only one game was not ps4 exclusive which was Megadimension Neptunia VIIR(coming to pc as well) while some others may come to other platforms later like the 3rd party games on the list with the exception of 3rd party devs that actively only make games for PS4.

    a meager list for me, especially after 2017 which was jampacked with good games. the only interesting game, that i saw gameplay of so far is god of war. i never tried a heavy rain-type game and detroit looks interesting, but even though the trailers seemed to have an impactful narrative, the gameplay of investigating clues and making dialog decisions didn't win me over yet.

    I scrolled through the games list and was getting scared that Dreams wouldn't show up and it finally did. Now all Sony needs to do is announced that FF 7 remake. Where is it Sony?!

    @gamingwithbalance: ask Square Enix for that, not Sony.
