TV Shows Canceled In 2019: From Netflix's Chambers To Swamp Thing

Every year, right around this time, TV networks begin their preparation for the next year of programming. And of course, some TV shows end up getting canceled, and many of us weep, seeing our favorites get the ax. This happens every spring, and this year will be no different.

In all honesty, there aren't a ton of massive surprises among the canceled shows this year, though some of the series that got the ax are upsetting. A show like The Gifted was on-track to become an exciting companion piece of the X-Men franchise. Given that those films seem to be wrapping up, though, as Disney plots the next phase of its Marvel Cinematic Universe, the end of this show was somewhat expected. Given all the drama that seemed to surround the second and third seasons of Fox's Lethal Weapon, it's demise wasn't too shocking either.

That said, it's still hard to say goodbye to the shows we love, even though they all come to an end eventually. At GameSpot, though, we've created a tradition. Starting last year, we now send all of the canceled shows to the big Infinity Gauntlet in the sky to let them get snapped to dust. Who's getting the Thanos treatment this year?
