1. Special Menu

   After getting one of the endings, wait on the Main Menu, where you would select the game file. After some time, the Imp will appear on the left side of the screen. Click on him, and the icon for the "Special" menu will appear. Inside, you can toggle two options, "hold to advance text" and "show in-game timer".
