ChuChu Rocket! Cheats For Dreamcast

  1. Hidden Artwork

    Insert the ChuChu Rocket! GD-ROM into any PC or Mac CD-ROM drive. Open the Extras folder to find hidden artwork to put on your desktop.

    If you go through the game's files and look in the EXTRA folder, you'll find COPYRIGH.TXT, which contains a copyright notice from Sega Enterprises.

  3. Clean Pause (any mode)

    Pause the game as any player and press X + Y together (at the exact same moment, or else it won't work) on Controller A (to my knowledge, this trick only works on Controller A). Press X + Y together again to bring the pause menu back. Note that you can still change your selection to QUIT even though you can't see it, so be careful.

  4. Unlockables

    Unlockable Unlockable
    Complete all 25 Mania Mode puzzles and you have the option to turn the mice into the Angels in NiGHTS. Change the Mice to Angels
    To replace chuchu's with Chao's (from Sonic Adv.), just beat all of the level in Stage Challenge and change the options from normal to the 1st ?.
    		 Play with Chao's
    To replace chuchu's with ''Pians'', just beat 1P mania mode and change the options from normal to the 2nd ?.
    		 Play with Pians
    To unlock hard mode in 1P puzzle Beat all 25 puzzles in normal mode.
    		 Puzzle Hard Mode
    To unlock mania mode in 1P puzzle, just beat all 25 puzzles in special mode.
    		 Puzzle Mania Mode
    To unlock special mode in 1P puzzle Beat all 25 puzzles in hard mode.
    		 Puzzle Special Mode

  1. Make Credits Roll Faster

    When you're on a credits screen (i.e. after completing a series of 25 puzzles in Puzzle 1P mode), hold B and the credits will scroll a little faster.

  2. Help/Homepage Secrets

    Every time you visit the Help section (which is the ChuChu Rocket! ''Homepage''), more of the Help section becomes revealed.

    1st Visit: Various Modes
    2nd Visit: Make your own puzzles!
    3rd Visit: Battle technique
    4th Visit: Download corner
    5th Visit: Puzzle technique

    The Download corner is the most intersting.
    You can download three different Mice-types and Cats-types, so instead of you using the basic ChuChus and KapuKapus, you use Cows and UFOs, for instance.

    1 : Mice-Cow Cats-UFO
    2 : Mice-Balloon Cats-Pin
    3 : Mice-Snow Cats-Fire

  3. Unlockable Modes

    Complete the following to unlock new modes:

    Beat all the normal stages in puzzle mode. Now you are able to select ''HARD'' puzzles from the puzzle selection screen. Hard Mode

  1. Unlockable Costumes and Difficulty Modes

    When unlocking a costume, select Help & Options from the Main Menu, then select Costumes. The following are listed, though grayed out if not yet unlocked: Normal - The mice we all know and love; ChuChus! Pian - Winged creatures from NiGHTS Chao - Bubbly creatures from Sonic Adventure When unlocking a difficulty, 25 additional puzzles are unlocked that are arguably more difficult than the previous set.
