    While the word Banpresto is being displayed in the screen, hold the select button. The game will then bring you directly into your last save.

  2. jump level by kill teammate

    You could use map skill to kill your robot teammate.

    Arrange your team in straight line and use the robot have map skill and kill all of them in one turn.
    That will give the robot a huge amount of exp.

    When you create a hero with the following birthday / blood type pair, they can learn different skills as they level up.
