  1. Hidden Sound & Video options

    At the Options screen, input one of the following commands:

    Effect
    Screen & Sound Delay Test Down, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up
    Sound Test Up (2x), Down (2x), Up (2x), Down (2x)
    Color & Cross Hatch Test Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down

  2. Debug mode, Arcade Mode, and Music/Sound controller cheats

    Enter these controller button cheats at the title screen using controller 1.

    Effect
    R, L, B, R, L, B, L, R, B Enables Arcade Mode. ARCADE MODE appears when entered correctly. (Hold Down and press START to insert credits.)
    R, L, R, L, B, B, B, B, L Enables Debug/Level select. DEBUG appears when entered correctly. Press X for invincibility, Y to refill powerups, Z to skip to last boss.
    L, R, B, L, R, B, R, L, B Enables Music and Sound test options in the Option menu (different than the sound test codes above).
    R, L, R, L, B, B, B, B, R Turns off Debug mode.

  3. Refill weapon/power ups controller cheat

    Enter this cheat when the game is paused using controller 1.

    Effect
    B, A, B, A, B, C, B Keep pressing Y when paused to refill all your weapons/power ups. Must enter the cheat every time you want to use it. Does not work in Arcade mode.
