1. Free Battle Mode

   Complete the game to unlock the Free Battle Mode, which lets you replay all the stages again and even gives you some new bonus ones too.

2. Unlock The Endings

   There are only five different endings and they are triggered right before you fight the last boss depending if you took the Lawful route or the Chaotic one. You can choose which route after Mission 7, by going through Mission 8 (Chaotic) or Mission 9 (Lawful).
