Ever wanted to take part in a world where YOU shaped the world around you ? Then this is your chance.
I have somwhat mixed feelings about this game as I must confess. On one hand what we have here is a bold experiment to see what would happen if a community of players is given their own world to shape and are left in ... Read Full Review

What Gamespot Users have to say about Face of Mankind

If you can put aside some minor problems, this is an incredible game; worth checking out!
Face of Mankind is a sci-fi action MMORPG developed by Duplex Systems and Nexeon Tech. First off, the game is open, you can do whatever you want whenever you want. The entire thing is totally player-based, and it is just... Read Full Review

In its present form FOM has a nice look but the company as no feelings for miners, explorers or manufacturers, they are coddling only the 'Premium' (paid) pvpers at the cost of chasing the other players away. In three day... Read Full Review

An unforgiving player-run world that you will find either dull and frustrating, or immersive and exciting.
*Note: My faction of choice was the Federal Defense Corps, the 'army' faction in the game.* The game is not friendly. You'll get killed for no reason whatsoever by other players if you roam around by yourself. The... Read Full Review

Pretty Cool
In this game, it's like a future Multi-player Online game. It's annoying because the Police Keep arresting you for no reason, and it's hard to get weapons and ammunition. And people trick you. A lot. But it's pretty cool... Read Full Review

I can see why this wasn't a successful MMO.
I expected more of this game, and I probably shouldn't have, after reading how it already crashed once. I was hoping for a political sci-fi adventure experience, and all I got was killed a few times, items taken, boredo... Read Full Review

Faeces of mankind is thoroughly enjoyable if you enjoy being killed for no reason.
The makers of Faeces of mankind had a great idea that has apparently turned out to be completely flawed when put into the game. We're in control! Oh wait, no we're not...a bunch of idiots are. I was so excited about p... Read Full Review

If you love mmo's that are sandbox and run by the players themselves, this is it.
Face of Mankind (FoM) is an mmo that is both an rpg and a shooter (both 3rd person and 1st person whichever you choose). Theres a lot to explain but I'll try to get as much as i can. Gameplay: its the 24th century and... Read Full Review

Puts the "RP" in "MMORPG"!
I had really low hopes for this game. Its graphics are a little out-dated, but hey, so are WoW's! I came in expecting crappy gameplay, tons of bugs, and nothing really to do. I was wrong. I played it for a month or so an... Read Full Review
