    Infinite Undiscovery (Pun Intended)

As a genre grows old, it tends to stagnate and become a solid monolithic structure, impervious to new ideas. RPG's, especially their oriental counterpart, greatly suffer from this predicament. Even when something refresh... Read Full Review

What Gamespot Users have to say about Infinite Undiscovery

A great game that could a have been so much more.

Where to start? Infinite Undiscovery follows the tale of Capel, a talented flute player who gets in way over his head. He is, without a doubt, the pansiest main character I've ever seen (at least in the beginning, he ... Read Full Review

    Beautiful and unexpectedly enjoyable.

I went into Infinite Undiscovery expecting an average JRPG simply because I hadn't heard much of anything about it. I was absolutely, delightedly, surprised. Infinite Undiscovery is flat-out beautiful. Interior en... Read Full Review

    Excellent game, soundtrack, and storyline

This is one of the most exciting and excellent games that I have ever played so far. If you are the kind of player who likes real time RPG and enjoys lots of cut scenes, a good storyline, and plenty of hours of fun, then... Read Full Review

Shallow? Flawed? Are you sure you and I were playing the same game?

Let me just start by saying that when I first heard of this game, I was skeptical. You are Capell. A young musician who is mistaken for the famed hero Lord Sigmund. The backstory is that the Order of Chains are tryin... Read Full Review

    Great for Star Ocean fans!

I don't like that people are giving this game a bad rep. For it's release date it's very well done. Anyone who's a fan of Star Ocean series needs to a least rent this. It's free movement like Star Ocean and is very simil... Read Full Review

There's a lot to love about Infinite Undiscovery.

A strangely rewarding experience. An hour into Infinite Undiscovery I find myself fleeing a dungeon guarded by a ridiculously overpowered troll, with only a slightly nonsensical cut-scene to explain me why I'm here in... Read Full Review

    Infinitely worse than you discovered!

This game is just horrible. I can't believe it got this rating. For a jrpg, it's trying hard to be like those american counter parts. And it failed miserably. Gameplay: the controls are ok to begin with for like 30 m... Read Full Review

average characters, average story and average gameplay can't drag down the fun you will have with this game

I finished this game a few months ago and only now I've decided to write the review so some thing may come across hazy. The game starts quite slowly just like most JRPG's (however all this is nothing compared FFXIII). ... Read Full Review
