1. Use Your Friends (or dead bodies) As a Backpack

   Bodies have a flat carry weight. This means that the items on said body do not contribute to the weight. It is possible to load a body with 3 backpacks filled with whatever you'd like and carry it around with a relatively nominal penalty.

2. Gain Rapid Stealth

   Break a bandit's legs in your camp.
   
   Wait for them to become concious.
   - If they play dead, that works as well.
   
   Have as many characters as you'd like use stealth while running circles around the bandit.
   
   This can get your entire faction to Stealth 70 in about 10 minutes.

3. Teleport/Fast Travel

   You can teleport your entire squad to a single location so long as you have one member there.
   
   - Highlight the character you want to fast travel to.
   - Quicksave (or use any save method).
   - Select "load game" from the menu.
   - Choose the file and check the "load squad" check box.
   - Everyone will load on the location of the character you saved on.
   
   That is arguably the intended use of that feature. To abuse it, simply have a character who you don't wish to teleport go to sleep. They will not warp with the rest of your squad. This means you can use that character as a return beacon.
   
   With proper planning, you can use this to move your base, transport over a thousand items at once or to pick up/drop off supplies without losing your exploration progress.
