1. Extra Five Lives

   At the title screen press Down, A, Up, A, then any button.

2. Level Select

   At the title screen, hold down A and B while pressing Select the same number of times as the level you wish to start on, then press Start. For example, pressing Select three times will start the game at Stage 3.
