1. Cheats (Title Screen)

   Enter these cheats at the title screen (or during a demo when text isn't typed out). A wave slides down on the screen to confirm correct code entry.

   Left, Left, Right, Right, A + B	Hidden minigame: "The 15 Puzzle"
   Down, Up, Left, Right, Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, Right	Press Start then Down in all modes (but Head to Head) to switch players. Press Select at title screen for Options menu

2. Cheats (Head to Head Mode)

   Start a new game in the head-to-head mode, specifically the Tournament or Single Race modes. During gameplay, press Start to pause it, and enter one of these codes; if entered correctly, a wave slides down on the screen.

Micro Machines (1993) Cheats For GameGear

1. Exploding opponents

   On The Breakfast Bends, head to the very top left corner of the course, then press 1 + 2. If successful, you will hear a sound confirmation, and any vehicles that touch you will explode.

2. Always Place 1st

   On The Breakfast Bends, turn around and complete the course backwards. If successful, you will hear a sound confirmation.

3. All Vehicles are Fast

   During the boat qualifying race, always cross the finish line in reverse using 2. If successful, you will hear a sound confirmation. Now all vehicles are very fast.

4. Hard Mode (less traction)

   On The Breakfast Bends, head right across the track until you see the face splodge. Go inside the splodge and press 1 + 2. If successful, you will hear a sound confirmation

5. Super Grip

   While on a breakfast table, stop on a puddle of milk and press Up+1+2

6. Infinite Lives

   By falling off the first breakfast table on the bottom right hand corner you will gain infinite lives

7. Slow Opponents

   To make your opponents slower, on The Breakfast Bends, head to the very top right corner of the course, then reverse off the edge. If successful, you will hear a sound confirmation.

8. Tennis game

   After linking two Game Gears together, hold Start during the Codemasters logo to access the Tennis game.

9. Hard Modes

Micro Machines (1993) Cheats For NES

1. Extra 6 Lives and Secret Credits - Non-Aladdin Releases

   Fail the Qualify race, getting you into 3rd or 4th place at the finish. Before ending the race, hold Up, B, and Select on Controller 1, and also Right, A, and Select on Controller 2, then continue holding these buttons. When the screen changes color, press Start on Controller 1 to view a secret credits screen. After this, press Start to continue the game: regardless of your previous success, you'll be qualified to challenge with 6 extra lives.

2. Unlock Rufftrux

   In the single-player mode (Challenge), win three races in a row to enter a bonus stage (Qualifying Race not included). Complete the bonus track within the time allotted and a Rufftrux monster truck will be added to your collection of vehicles.

3. PRG ROM Smiley Test

   To activate the PRG ROM "Smiley Test" easter egg for this game, you will need to power on the NES/Famicom console while holding Up, Down, Left, Right, A, Select, and Start. Note, however, that it is not normally possible to hold all four D-Pad buttons without specially modified controllers; standard NES/Famicom controllers will not work.

4. Extra 6 Lives and Secret Credits - Aladdin Releases

   Complete the Qualify race, regardless of your success. Before ending the race, hold Up, B, and Select, then continue holding these buttons. When the screen changes color, press Start to view a secret credits screen. After this, press Start to continue the game: regardless of your previous success, you'll be qualified to challenge with 6 extra lives.
