Okay so if you're into those weird looking monsters shooting fire at each other, then this is not the game for you.
If you like Nintendogs then you'll like this. This game sort of sheds a whole new light on Pokemon in that they become more of virtual pets than anything. The game, however, is a very free sort of game in that you pr... Read Full Review

It's an updated Pokemon Box.
OK, I was into Pokemon when I bought this. I want my $10 back!!! It's good for the first 1 or 2 days. Then it's just sitting there on the Wii Menu taking up memory. It's geared toward 4 or 5 year-olds, in my opinion. In ... Read Full Review

What Gamespot Users have to say about My Pokemon Ranch
- Rating:7
Pretty much not for everyone.
Gameplay: My Pokemon Ranch can't be classified as a game with gameplay. The game is basically a storage box for your pokemon, with an integrated screensaver which you can interact wih. That's it. Basically, you can look... Read Full Review

Only worth it for one Pokemon you might not have yet in your collection. Mew.
The Ranch sucks. Now that that's out of the way, let's get on to why it doesn't suck. If you're working towards a legitimate Pokemon collection (this means no GTS negotiations or trading for Pokemon you could get ... Read Full Review

If you look at the game for what it's trying to do, it's a rousing success. A simple, fun, Pokemon storage space.
This game is truly unlike any game I've ever played before. It's not meant to be a game. It's meant to be a storage space. That's what makes this game good. IGN looked at it like a game. They didn't realize this feature ... Read Full Review

Storage closet with some fun qualities.
One of the good WiiWare games in my book, it's a game that is alright without a DS, but without one you're missing one of the best parts: a minigame I call "Pokemon bounty hunter", where the owner Haley tells you Pokemon... Read Full Review

This totally useless, uninteresting expansion of Diamond/Pearl would be a waste if it cost even $1, yet they charge $10!
Positive: - you can trade with the ranch owner occasionally - Negative: - just a useless expansion of Diamond/Pearl - horrible graphics - literally no kind of gameplay - dull and boring - WiiWare hasn't seen a lo... Read Full Review

This isn't a Harvest Moon, but it sure is a Pokemon game.Well...sort of.
In Pokemon Ranch, you can store your pokemon from your Diamond and Pearl games into the ranch. You start off at the ranch, where a girl appears and explains everything to you. You give the Ranch a name, and she gives you... Read Full Review

Simply a Replacement to Pokemon Box, so that Diamond/Pearl Owners can store their Pokemon somewhere.
Gameplay. For what it is, it's great.Think about it. It costs less than Pokemon box, and you can interact with the Pokemon you store. So, basically, My Pokemon Ranch is just a souped up PKMN Box. Which is good! Becaus... Read Full Review
