Now this is an interesting twist in horror movies into a game...
Night Trap is like being in a classic "B" horror movie. The whole idea behind this game is that you watch the people and monsters from the safety of a private area with security cameras aimed in different parts of a hour... Read Full Review

This is suppose to be a video game, not a bad horror movie.
Ah, Night Trap, one of the Cult Classics of both movies and video games. The Grand Theft Auto of the early 1990s. However where Grand Theft Auto is a great game, winning numerous awards and earning a spot in Video Game h... Read Full Review

Arguably biased, but I love this game! Basically you interact, minimally, with a "B" horror film.
There are several reasons I feel the way I do about "Night Trap". Some of the strongest influences have to do with the fact that I grew up watching USA "Up All Night" (remember? with Rhonda?) and I've seen so many horr... Read Full Review

FMV at its best (not saying much)
We all remember the days of FMV, and while it seemed cool at the time, it soon became obvious that with FMV, games would lack in gameplay and control. So is the case with this game. If your a fan of cheesy, teen-age hor... Read Full Review

I just waisted 1 hour of my life.
Ok, I "obtained" the PC version thinking it would be better quality then the Sega CD, 32X, or 3DO version. But no, I get a bigger screen, but the film quality is so grainy that you can barely make anything out ... Read Full Review

Nothing much to say, other than it's campy fun on a rainy day. (rhyme unintended)
Anyone who's reading this review more than likely knows about the huge amount of controversy this game inspired on its release. To quote Seanbaby of EGM, "When media watchdogs list video games that corrupt our youth... Read Full Review

Night Trap may not be everyone's cup of tea, but some may find it campy fun.
I have to admit that I am a glutton for different types of games. After playing through countless titles in the conventional genres, I do enjoy to play a game that deviates from the norm. Back when Full Motion Video (F... Read Full Review

Utterly lacking in any redeeming features, and all-round a huge waste of time.
I'll be blunt: The only reason I played Night Trap is due to the alleged notoriety of the game, and how it made a big impact when it came out, upsetting the powers that be and becoming the catalyst towards the more tight... Read Full Review
