   To continue, have both players must hold down 1 + 2 and rapidly press Left and Right. This only works after level 3.

   If you run out of lives on a stage, enter one of the following codes at the title screen depending on what level you died on. For example if you died on level 2, press down, up, left, right to continue from that level.

   Effect	Effect
   Down, up, left, right	Return to level 2
   Right, right, left, up, up	Return to level 3
   Down, left, right, left, left	Return to level 4
   Right, right, up, up, down, right	Return to level 5
   Up, down, right, left, left, down, down	Return to level 6
