1. Extra Ratchet: Deadlocked / Gladiator Multiplayer skins

   Complete the game once, then select 'Get Ratchet Skin' at the Main Menu and enter your Ratchet: Gladiator (or Deadlocked) Multiplayer user name to get the code to have access to these extra skins.
