Young or Normal gamer: Try RPG Maker 3 first. This is an option if you want something faster than some PC makers.
This review is about pointing something out about this game: It's perceived purpose, or niche it fills. On one hand, you've got free, downloadable fully 3-D game makers for PC you can get off the internet, and on th... Read Full Review

RPG Maker 2 is a great game for those jr. game designers, but very hard, you actually gotta read the instruction manual.
RPG Maker 2 is a really fun game, it's kind of like playing the role of the "creator of worlds", you get to rise oceans, form mountains, and so forth. The game itself is great for those little game designers in all of u... Read Full Review

Bottom Line: RPGM 2 offers much more customization than RPGM 1, but it is overly complicated and take forever to learn. Those really serious about game creation should probably look elsewhere. RPG Maker 2 caters to th... Read Full Review

This game is very frusterating, but can be fun once you get past the frusteration and difficulty.
Gameplay 6: The gameplay on RPG Maker 2 is basically totally normal RPG turn based gameplay, excpet you can't even see yourself attacking your enemies, and litterally no innovation whatsoever. It's still decent gameplay ... Read Full Review
