A few technical issues get in the way, but the hilarity of this adventure series still shines through.
Episode 6 ends Sam & Max season one on a high note by maintaining the great sense of humor and good puzzle design that you've seen in previous installments.

Sam & Max's third episode feels shorter than the previous two, and at least part of that is due to so many of the environments being recycled from previous episodes.
Situation: Comedy stands on its own, but it isn't quite as good as the previous episode of the Sam & Max series.
Sam and Max return to the PC scene with the same great sense of humor and solid production values, but some may be turned off by the game's episodic nature.
