1. Fight Weaponless

   To choose to fight without your weapon, tap Start rapidly Three times during a fight. Your character will then set their weapon down.

2. Alternate Initial Entry (Lightning Fast Sword Master)

   Normally, after beating the game with a fast time, when you put in your initials, you do a winning animation.
   
   But when you just put in A A A, you'll see your character take damage and then fall forward.
   
   If you put in K E N, your character's upper body would explode in blood and the rest of the body would topple over in a heap. (Effect does not apply to Nakoruru or Rimururu, however.)
   
   If you just choose ED (END) without putting any initials, your character will do a "forfeiture" animation.

3. Blood Mode

   Allows more blood onscreen

1. Enable Blood

   Enter the options, highlight Exit and press A+B+C+D at the same time. If done correctly, you should see blood instead of sweat during the fights.

2. Play with Zankuro

   In 2 player mode, press and hold button D and select any character. If done correctly Zankuro should get automatically selected.

3. Demo Screen Secret

   Before you start the game, hold the D (Kick) Button and then press Start and keep holding the button during the demo featuring Haohmaru and Kazuki until you see "Break Defense (←C or →C)" and instead of Haohmaru displaying the Rage Explosion (A+B+C), Kazuki does it instead on Haohmaru and then performs the Issen (B+C+D), followed by an additional attack (↘A).
