1. Misc. Codes

   Enter the following at the title screen

   Effect	Effect
   Up, Down, Left, Right, I, II, Run	Alternate sprites
   At the title screen hold Up + Button I + Button II and press Run	Black and White Mode
   Hold Up, Select, and I, and then press Run	Extra continue
   At the title screen press and hold Up, Select and 2, then press Run.	Start with the HP Bottle
   At the title screen press and hold Up, Select and 1, then press Run.	Start with the Lamp
