  1. Choose a Victory Pose

    After you defeat your opponent, but before the K.O. sign appears, hold Select and either one of the Punch or Kick buttons to choose from up to 6 different victory poses. Note : Not all characters have 6 poses.

  1. Fight mid boss

    Win 5 matches with either custom combos or super combos without continuing, mid boss should interrupt the match if done correctly

  3. CD Warning

    If you put the game disc into a CD player, you can hear a hidden message on Track 2. It's a warning that the disc should only be used on a Sega Saturn.

  4. Dev Team Notes (JP Version Only)

    If you look through the game's files, you'll find a few dev notes. SFZ2_ABS.TXT describes a few details about the game as a port. SFZ2_BIB.TXT lists the original version. SFZ2_CPY.TXT contains a copyright notice from Capcom.

  5. Rapid Fire In Arcade/Training Modes

    In Arcade/Training Mode, hold the Right + Start buttons. Keep holding them as choose your character. Only release the buttons when the round actually starts. If you do it too soon, it won't work, and you'll have to start over. If done correctly, pressing any attack button will cause your character to repeatedly punch or kick rapidly.

    You can also combine the Infinite Custom Combo and Rapid Fire codes by holding the Left + Right + Start buttons when in Training Mode.

    Effect
    In Training Mode: Hold down Left + Right + Start, choose your character, then only release when the round actually starts. Activates combined Infinite Custom Combo and Rapid Fire codes in Training Mode.
    In Arcade Mode: Hold down Right + Start, choose your character, then release only when the round actually starts. Activates Rapid Fire in Arcade Mode.
    In Training Mode: Hold down Right + Start, choose your character, then only release when the round actually starts. Activates Rapid Fire in Training Mode.

  6. Infinite Custom Combo In Training Mode

    Go into Training Mode and hold down Left + Start buttons. Choose your character and opponent. Keep holding down L + Start until the announcer says Round 1! Fight! If you let up too early, you'll have to exit Training Mode and redo everything. If you do it correctly, the Time Meter won't run out when you do Custom Combos. Changing characters or exiting Training Mode will reset everything.

    Effect
    In Training Mode: Hold down Left + Start, then only release when the round actually starts. Activates infinite Custom Combos in Training Mode.

Street Fighter Alpha 2 Cheats For Arcade Games

  1. Fight Against Super Akuma

    The P1 must use the P1 color (original color), and if you are playing on the 2P¨side you must use 2P color (secondary color). And then you must:

    Get to the end boss without losing a round.
    Get 3 Perfects.
    Get 5 Super Finishes or Custom Finishes.

  2. Play as Evil Ryu (US Version Only)

    To select Evil Ryu:

    1. Highlight Ryu at the character select screen, press the Start button and hold it for one second, then release.
    2. Move the cursor Right, then Up, then Down, then Left. (This will highlight Adon, then Akuma, then Adon again and back to Ryu.)
    3. With the cursor on Ryu again, press and hold Start for one second. While holding start, press any two Punch or two Kick buttons to select his alternate colours. If done correctly, Ryu's skin tone will be slightly darker than normal.

  3. Fight in the Waterfall Stage

    In two-player mode, press and hold START to enter into character select screen. Continue to hold START as the charater select screen appears. Move cursor to M. BISON and leave it there for four seconds, then release START and choose your character normally. Then your character and your opponent's will appear in the waterfall stage and the fight begins.

  4. Chun-Li's Original Kikoken

    When you change Chun-Li's costume to the classic World Warrior design, the command for her Kikoken attack changes to the original controls as well. You have to hold Back, Forward, Punch to perform it.

  5. Choose Win Poses

    You can choose which win pose your character will perform. As soon as the KO symbol shows on the screen, press and hold one of the attack buttons: LP, MP, HP, LK, MK, or HK. Your character will do a different pose depending on which button you chose. Every character has at least 3 unique win poses, some have 6.

  6. Background Select

    At the character select screen in a two player game, highlight the character whose background stage you'd like to play in and press the Start button for four seconds. Then choose your player. When the fight begins you'll be in the background you picked.

  1. Fight against Shin Akuma

    Play as Akuma and beat every fighter before Gen without losing any rounds while earning 5 or more perfect victories within 5 minutes.

  2. Fight Mid-Level Rivals

    When playing in Arcade Mode, win your first five matches with five or more Custom Comb or Super Combo finishes on any round. If done successfully, you'll then face a mid-level rival before your sixth match (for example, if you play as Ryu, you mid-level rival would be Sakura, if you play as Sagat, your mid-level rival would be Adon).

  3. Selected Shin Akuma/Gouki in versus mode.

    Step 1: Write initial first place "KAJ".
    Step 2: At title screen go to versus mode, player 2 hold LXY+Start till player select screen.
    Step 3: Either player select Akuma while holding start.
